LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PRODUCCION DE PARTICULAS DE FERTILIZANTE ENCAPSULADAS POR POLIUREA. DICHAS PARTICULAS SE PRODUCEN MEDIANTE APLICACION DE UN COMPONENTE REACTIVO CON ISOCIANATO QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS DOS GRUPOS AMINA, A PARTICULAS FERTILIZANTES, PARA FORMAR PARTICULAS REVESTIDAS CON AMINA, Y APLICANDO UN COMPONENTE DE POLIISOCIANATO A DICHAS PARTICULAS REVESTIDAS CON AMINA, PARA FORMAR PARTICULAS REVESTIDAS CON POLIUREA. DICHAS FASES SE PUEDEN REPETIR OPCIONALMENTE EN ORDEN SUCESIVO. LAS PARTICULAS DE FERTILIZANTE ENCAPSULADAS CON POLIUREA RESULTANTES CONTIENEN ENTRE APROX. EL 0,5 Y EL 15 % EN PESO DE POLIUREA, BASADO EN EL PESO TOTAL DE LAS PARTICULAS DE FERTILIZANTE ENCAPSULADAS. EN VEZ DE UTILIZAR UN COMPONENTE REACTIVO CON ISOCIANATO QUE CONTIENE AMINA, SE PUEDE APLICAR AGUA EN PRIMER LUGAR.
