Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sobrealimentador neumático de asistencia al freno, que comprende una carcasa (10), separada de forma sellada por al menos una estructura de pared móvil (12) en una cámara frontal (14) y una cámara posterior (16) conectada selectivamente a la cámara frontal (14) o a una fuente de alta presión por una válvula de tres vías (36) actuada por un vástago de control (30) integral con un embolo (28), sometido a la acción de un muelle de retorno (38) y capaz de deslizarse en un orificio (26) formado en un pistón neumático (20), integral con la pared móvil (12), comprendiendo la válvula de tres vías (36) un componente de la válvula (36) que coopera con un primer asiento de la válvula (28a) formado en el émbolo (28) y con un segundo asiento de la válvula (20a) formado en el pistón neumático (20), estando la posición inoperativa posterior del pistón delimitada por un tope de límite (32) formado en el extremo frontal de un manguito (34) dispuesto en la parte tubular posterior (22) del pistón neumático (20). La invención se caracteriza porque el émbolo (28) comprende una parte posterior cilíndrica que se puede deslizar sobre el extremo frontal del manguito (34), y el muelle de retorno (38) del vástago de control (30) está dispuesto entre el pistón neumático (20) y el émbolo (28).
