Abstract
Procedimiento para el control de una instalación de fosfatado para el fosfatado de superficies metálicas antes de un esmaltado, caracterizado porque a) se elabora una correlación entre uno o varios parámetros variables de los procesos químicos y/o físicos de la instalación de fosfatados y uno o varios parámetros que son característicos del resultado de fosfatado, a partir de esta se derivan reglas que describen la dependencia de las magnitudes características o de las magnitudes características de los parámetros variables, y se almacena la correlación y/o las reglas derivadas de la misma, en un sistema de control para la instalación de fosfatado, b) se mide continua o discontinuamente uno o varios parámetros en la superficie metálica fosfatada, que son característicos del resultado de fosfatado, y c) en el caso de una divergencia de estas magnitudes características de un intervalo de valor teórico predeterminado, o en el caso de una tendencia significativa de estas magnitudes características a modificarse en sentido de los límites del intervalo de valor teórico, se modifica aquellos parámetros variables de los procesos químicos y/o físicos de la instalación de fosfatado, que están correlacionados al máximo con estas magnitudes características, según la correlación determinada en el paso parcial a) y/o las reglas derivadas de las mismas, en el sentido de contrarrestar la divergencia de las magnitudes características o de las magnitudes características del intervalo teórico, efectuándose automáticamente la modificación de los parámetros variables de procesos químicos y/o físicos de la instalación de fosfatado sin intervención humana, o dando el sistema de control una correspondiente recomendación para la modificación de los parámetro variables.
