Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de cuerpos conformados con rigidez adecuada a su función a partir de substratos textiles flexibles, en que los cuerpos conformados pueden unirse con otros cuerpos conformados de modo coincidente en fuerza, material y forma, caracterizado porque mediante pulverización a la llama de hilo continuo y/o pulverización por arco voltaico y/o pulverización de alta velocidad (HVOF) y/o proyección con plasma de partículas metálicas y eventualmente cerámicas sobre por lo menos una tira de tejido reticulado textil, un trenzado, un mallado o tricotado reticulados o un material no tejido de fibras de aramida y/o fibras de vidrio E y/o fibras de vidrio de alto contenido de dióxido de silicio y/o fibras de carbono, se impregna dicho substrato textil, de tal modo que se produce una íntima unión de las partículas metálicas y eventualmente cerámicas, pulverizadas en estado fundido, parcialmente con las fibras de tejido yparcialmente entre sí, y mediante la integración de las fibras se obtiene una rigidez de forma, en el que los substratos textiles, flexibles se componen de materiales fibrosos o fibras exentos de asbesto o de materiales fibrosos inorgánicos con longitudes de fibra de una longitud > 5 m, un diámetro < 3 m y una relación de longitud a diámetro de > 3:1, y en el que los cuerpos conformados son compensadores de materiales blandos, piezas conformadas de rebote contra el fuego, piezas conformadas de apantallamiento térmico para la industria del automóvil, piezas de protección contra humo y contra incendios, elementos filtrantes o parachoques.
