SEGUN LA INVENCION, DICHO RESIDUO PESADO SE DESHIDRATA EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACIDO INORGANICO FUERTE, A TEMPERATURAS ENTRE 150-250 C, Y PRESIONES INFERIORES A LA ATMOSFERICA, PARA PRODUCIR ESTIRENO Y RECUPERAR 2 - FENILETANOL, EL CUAL SE UTILIZA EN LA INDUSTRIA DE LA PERFUMERIA, Y UN RESIDUO PESADO PRACTICAMENTE EXENTO DE METALES, QUE SE PUEDE UTILIZAR COMO COMBUSTIBLE.
