Abstract

LA INVENCION SE REFIERE AL DESARROLLO DE PANELES PREMOLDEADOS DE HORMIGON ARMADO O PRETENSADO QUE TIENEN UNA REGION ABIERTA EN FORMA DE CANAL INVERTIDO, LO QUE ASEGURA UNA RESISTENCIA AL FUEGO ADECUADA DE LOS SISTEMAS DE SUELOS CONSTRUIDOS CON ELLOS. LA ANCHURA DE LAS VIGUETAS DE PISO UTILIZADAS EN LAS TECNICAS ACTUALES ES INSUFICIENTE PARA SUMINISTRAR SUELOS RESISTENTES AL FUEGO. DICHA RESISTENCIA PUEDE CONSEGUIRSE EMPLEANDO PANELES DE SECCION EN FORMA DE CANAL INVERTIDO QUE FORMEN LOSAS CON NERVADO DE DOBLE ANCHURA, CON EL MISMO PESO PARA LOS ELEMENTOS PREMOLDEADOS. EL PROBLEMA ES COMO OBTENER LOS PANELES CON UNA FORMA EXTERIOR ESTRICTAMENTE RECTANGULAR PARA ASEGURAR QUE LAS CARAS LATERALES SEAN PLANAS Y PARALELAS A FIN DE OBTENER JUNTAS LO MAS PEQUEÑAS POSIBLE ENTRE PANELES ACOPLADOS EN SUELOS DE MANERA QUE SU RESISTENCIA AL FUEGO SEA LA DE LAS LOSAS CON NERVADO DE DOBLE ANCHURA. LA INVENCION LO RESUELVE OBTENIENDO PANELES EN UN BANCO FIJO DE CONFORMACION CONTINUA, SIN MOVER NINGUNA PIEZA DE CONFORMACION PARA SACARLOS. SE REIVINDICA LA FABRICACION DE ESTA CLASE DE PANELES, EL PROCEDIMIENTO Y EL DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUCIR PANELES DE SECCION ACANALADA INVERTIDA.
