Abstract
Hasta ahora, los defectos de esmaltado han surgido durante el esmaltado de sustratos cerámicos con polvo de revestimiento aplicado electrostáticamente. Este problema se resuelve por el polvo de revestimiento CP{sub,AB} de la invención y procedimiento de revestimiento. El polvo de revestimiento CP{sub,AB} de la invención aplicado electrostáticamente contiene de 1 a 50 % en peso de una composición vitrificante A, que comienza a ablandarse a entre 400 y 750 {sup,0}C y 99 a 50 % en peso de una composición vitrificante B que comienza a ablandarse a entre 750 y 1.100 {sup,0}C. Preferiblemente, el polvo de revestimiento se compone de 2,5 a 25 % en peso de A, 75 a 97,5 % en peso de B y de 0 a 20 % en peso, especialmente de 2 a 10 % en peso de agentes adhesivos que se pueden activar térmica o químicamente. El polvo de revestimiento CP{sub,AB} se aplica electrostáticamente como un polvo único. Alternativamente, el revestimiento puede aplicarse en dos capas, en el que el polvo CP{sub,U} de la capa inferior contiene al menos 5 % en peso de composición vitrificante. A y el polvo CP{sub,O} de la capa superior contiene al menos 50 % en peso de composición vitrificante B.
