Abstract

Proceso de síntesis de clorhidrato de pirlindol de la fórmula (I) (I) caracterizado en que el 6-metil-1-2-(2-cloroetil-imino)- 1,2,3,4-clorhidrato de tetrahidrocarbazol de la fórmula (IV) se cicliza con un agente alcalino, en presencia de un catalizador de transferencia de fases para producir la 1,2,5,6 tetrahidro-8-metil-pirazina [3,2,1-j,k]-4H-carbazol de la fórmula (VI) que se somete a reducción.
