Accesorio de grifería sanitaria con a) una carcasa (30) del accesorio; b) un fondo (1) que cierra la carcasa del accesorio hacia abajo y que presenta al menos un taladro de paso; c) al menos una tubería de alimentación de agua que está fijada en el taladro de paso del fondo y presenta para ello un casquillo enchufable (22) provisto de una ranura periférica (24), en el que está encastrado un anillo de resorte (20), en donde d) desde una superficie límite entre una parte del fondo y una parte sobrepuesta del accesorio de grifería es accesible un espacio de alojamiento en el fondo para el anillo de resorte, en el cual este anillo adopta un diámetro exterior tal que no puede ser extraído nuevamente a través del taladro del fondo, caracterizado porque e) el anillo de resorte (20) y la ranura (24) del casquillo enchufable (22) que lo aloja están ajustados entre sí en sus dimensiones de modo que el anillo de resorte (20) puede ser comprimido en la ranura (24)hasta un diámetro exterior que corresponde al diámetro del taladro (16) del fondo (1), de tal manera que el casquillo enchufable (22), bajo compresión del anillo de resorte (20), puede ser introducido desde fuera en el taladro (16) del fondo (1) hasta que dicho anillo de resorte (20) se expanda de nuevo elásticamente en el espacio de alojamiento (40).
