Abstract

Desfibrador con un recipiente (1) en el que puede ser producido un flujo anular que actúa en una mezcla de sólidos y líquido que se encuentra en el recipiente (1) y produce un desfibrado de la misma, y con un dispositivo de tamizado (4) para separar de la suspensión los materiales que constituyen la pulpa gruesa, presentando el dispositivo de tamizado (4) la forma de un tronco de cono que está provisto de orificios en su superficie lateral y está montado en el fondo del recipiente (1), y estando el tronco de cono orientado con su superficie circular menor hacia arriba y siendo la superficie lateral poco más o menos tangencial al flujo toroidal; estando dicho desfibrador caracterizado por el hecho de que el dispositivo de tamizado (4) está dividido en varios segmentos y éstos son montados individualmente desde el exterior del recipiente y pueden ser retirados desde el interior del recipiente.
