Abstract
Se presenta un procedimiento para la fabricación de un detector de posición encapsulado mediante la producción de una carcasa sellada y roscada en un solo paso. El detector (6) se acopla a un portador (5) con aletas laterales proyectantes fijadas a la tarjeta del circuito. El detector y el conjunto de conexiones (7, 9) se conectan eléctricamente con la tarjeta de circuito (4). El portador del detector y la tarjeta se colocan en un molde de secciones múltiples cuya cavidad tiene las dimensiones externas de la unidad detectora. Incluye huecos dentro de los cuales se acoplan las aletas colocando adecuadamente el montaje. El conjunto de conexiones también se sitúa en un hueco del molde al efecto. Se inyecta una masa de plástico que encapsula el conjunto. El molde se extrae cuando se seca y las aletas proyectantes se eliminan. Se incluye una reivindicación independiente para el detector de posición así construido. Características preferidas: el molde produce una rosca (3) sobre lasuperficie de la masa encapsulante. Los datos entrantes y salientes y la alimentación se transmiten mediante conexión directa o el un enlace inalámbrico. La inyección tiene lugar en una etapa simple.
