Abstract

Se presenta un procedimiento para la permeabilización de eritrocitos, útil para un procedimiento para identificar los eritrocitos fetales. Se presenta un nuevo proceso para la permeabilización de eritrocitos que comprende la exposición sucesiva de los eritrocitos a: a) un agente de fijación que comprende un aldehído alifático y un oligosacárido; b) un agente de permeabilización que comprende un detergente y un oligosacárido. También se incluyen reivindicaciones independientes para lo que sigue: 1) un equipo (I) para la permeabilización de eritrocitos que comprende: a) un agente de fijación isotónico o hipertónico que comprende un aldehído alifático y un oligosacárido; b) un agente de permeabilización que comprende un detergente y un oligosacárido; 2) un equipo para la inmunoetiquetación de eritrocitos fetales que comprende un equipo de permeabilización (I) y dos anticuerpos contra dos antígenos fetales que están independientemente expresados en el eritrocito; y 3) un proceso para identificar eritrocitos fetales mediante inmunoetiquetado, que comprende la exposición sucesiva de los eritrocitos a: i) un agente de fijación que comprende un aldehído alifático y un oligosacárido en un medio isotónico o hipertónico, ii) un agente de permeabilización que comprende un detergente y un oligosacárido; iii) un agente de lavado para eliminar el detergente; y iv) dos anticuerpos contra dos antígenos fetales que están independientemente expresados en el eritrocito finalizando con la detección de los eritrocitos fetales.
