Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar microesferas poliméricas que comprende un polímero y un péptido, que comprende las etapas de: neutralizar una sal peptídica con una base débil en un medio acuoso en la que dicho medio acuoso comprende una suspensión de hidroxiapatito o una solución de monohidrogenofosfato de calcio para formar un precipitado; aislar el precipitado; poner en suspensión el precipitado en un disolvente orgánico, que comprende un polímero allí disuelto para formar una suspensión; dispersar la suspensión en una solución acuosa de un agente tensioactivo; y evaporar el disolvente orgánico para ailar las microesferas poliméricas.
