LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN COLECTOR DE GAS DE ESCAPE AISLADO DEL ENTREHIERRO, EL CUAL CONSTA DE SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR QUE CONDUCEN EL GAS DE ESCAPE Y DE UNA ENVOLTURA EXTERNA DIVIDIDA EN UNA ENVOLTURA SUPERIOR Y UNA ENVOLTURA INFERIOR, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR, DE LAS QUE AL MENOS UNA ESTA REALIZADA EN FORMA DE CODO, ESTAN INSERTADAS ENTRE SI. LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR INSERTADAS ENTRE SI SE COLOCAN COMO UN COMPONENTE CONJUNTO EN LA ENVOLTURA EXTERIOR EN POSICION CENTRAL RESPECTO A LA ENVOLTURA EXTERIOR QUE SE FORMA DESPUES, EN DONDE A CONTINUACION LA ENVOLTURA SUPERIOR SE COLOCA ENCIMA DE LA ENVOLTURA INFERIOR Y SE PRESIONA CONTRA LA MISMA. A CONTINUACION TIENE LUGAR LA SOLDADURA DE LAS ENVOLTURAS SUPERIOR E INFERIOR Y DE LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR CON LA ENVOLTURA EXTERIOR, QUE SE REALIZA EN LOS PUNTOS EN LOS QUE TRASPASAN LA ENVOLTURA EXTERIOR. PARA GARANTIZAR UN ASIENTO MOVIL DE LAS SECCIONES DETUBO INTERIOR ASI COMO LA REALIZACION DE UN AISLAMIENTO HOMOGENEO DE LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR CON RESPECTO AL ENTREHIERRO UNA VEZ TERMINADA LA FABRICACION DEL COLECTOR DE GAS DE ESCAPE, SE PROPONE UNIR LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR ENTRE SI MEDIANTE UN ELEMENTO DE UNION DE MATERIAL SENSIBLE AL CALOR ANTES DE COLOCARLAS EN LA ENVOLTURA INFERIOR, EN DONDE EL ELEMENTO DE UNION SE DESPRENDE TRAS REALIZAR LA SOLDADURA DE LAS ENVOLTURAS SUPERIOR E INFERIOR CON LAS SECCIONES DE TUBO INTERIOR MEDIANTE LA ACCION DEL CALOR.
