LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN HORNO PARA TRABAJAR A MUY ALTAS TEMPERATURAS, Y A UN METODO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE DICHO HORNO. ESTA ALTA TEMPERATURA - POR ENCIMA DE 1800 (GRADOS) C - SE LOGRA MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACION DE ELEMENTOS DE RESISTENCIA DE DIOXIDO DE CIRCONIO ESTABILIZADO. UN HORNO CALENTADO ELECTRICAMENTE DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION INCLUYE UNA CAMARA DE HORNO INTERIOR PROVISTA DE ELEMENTOS DE RESISTENCIA DE DIOXIDO DE CIRCONIO ESTABILIZADO, Y UNA CAMARA DE HORNO EXTERIOR EN LA CUAL HAY PROVISTOS ELEMENTOS DE RESISTENCIA ADICIONALES QUE PUEDEN TRABAJAR A TEMPERATURAS POR ENCIMA DE 1800 (GRADOS) C EN UNA ATMOSFERA QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO. LOS ELEMENTOS DE RESISTENCIA EXTERIOR SON CONVENIENTEMENTE DE UN TIPO DE SILICIURO DE MOLIBDENO, POR EJEMPLO ELEMENTOS COMERCIALIZADOS BAJO LA DESIGNACION KANTHAL SUPER.
