Abstract

Un dispositivo microfluídico que comprende un microcanal (2,4), que facilita el contacto del líquido entre una microárea de reacción abierta o una cámara de reacción que porta un microvolumen (1) de un disolvente y un depósito (3; 8) para el disolvente, formando parte dicho microvolumen y dicho disolvente del mencionado dispositivo microfluídico y dicho microvolumen comprende uno o más reactivos para producir una reacción en el disolvente presente en la microárea o en la cámara, y estando adaptados el mencionado depósito (3; 8) y el mencionado microcanal (2,4) para que el disolvente evaporado de la mencionada microárea se pueda sustituir de forma continuada por disolvente del depósito (3; 8) a través del mencionado microcanal (2, 4).
