LA CYP7 HUMANA TRUNCADA SE PUEDE PRODUCIR DE FORMA RECOMBINANTE Y ASI SE PUEDE RECUPERAR EN CANTIDADES RELATIVAMENTE GRANDES. SE PRESENTAN LOS VECTORES Y CELULAS HUESPEDES PARA LA EXPRESION RECOMBINANTE ASI COMO UN ANTICUERPO QUE RECONOCE ESPECIFICAMENTE UN EPITOPE DE LA CYP7 HUMANA, TRUNCADA, CATALITICAMENTE ACTIVA. TAMBIEN SE PRESENTA UN METODO PARA SELECCIONAR UN COMPUESTO POR SU EFECTO EN LA EXPRESION DE UNA CYP7 HUMANA NO TRUNCADA Y UN METODO PARA SELECCIONAR UN COMPUESTO POR SU EFECTO EN LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA ENZIMA DE CYP7 HUMANA NO TRUNCADA.
