Abstract

Dispositivo de cierre contra el fraude para proporcionar una prueba de la apertura inicial de un envase (2) para líquidos que presenta una abertura (4) dispuesta en el extremo de un cuello (1) que se extiende a lo largo de un eje longitudinal (X-X) y un conducto en el interior del cuello que presenta por lo menos una primera parte (5) con un diámetro (D2) mayor que el diámetro (D1) de la parte (3) inmediatamente adyacente a la abertura (4), comprendiendo el dispositivo de cierre un cuerpo vertedor (7) que presenta una cavidad axial interior (8) y que está dispuesto en la abertura (4) y sobresale axialmente hacia fuera de la misma con un orificio de vertido (10), un elemento de acoplamiento (29, 290) libre para desplazarse axialmente en la cavidad (8) del cuerpo vertedor (7), medios de fijación (12) para acoplar el cuerpo vertedor (7) al cuello (1) del envase, y un tapón extraíble (20) sobre el cuerpo vertedor (7) para cerrar y abrir el orificio de vertido (10), una cápsula exterior (19) dispuesta sobre el tapón (20) que aloja al mismo, un vástago axial (21) soportado por la cápsula exterior (19) que está orientado hacia el cuerpo vertedor (7), un conducto axial (22)en el cuerpo vertedor (7), y un orificio axial (27) en el elemento de acoplamiento (29, 290) para alojar el vástago (21) axialmente cuando el tapón y la cápsula exterior se disponen axialmente en el cuerpo vertedor (7) con el fin de cerrar el orificio (10), caracterizado porque el dispositivo de cierre comprende un manguito (15) con una primera parte axial (11) acoplada con el cuerpo vertedor (7) y con una segunda parte axial (15, 150) que se extiende en el interior del cuello (1) en la primera parte (3) del mismo, adyacente a la abertura (4), un elemento tubular (35, 350) introducido en la segunda parte (15, 150) del manguito y acoplado con el mismo, unos medios para el desplazamiento angular parcial y para el desplazamiento axial de dicho elemento tubular entre una primera posición en la que dicho elemento tubular (35, 350) se introduce en la segunda parte (15, 150) del manguito y una segunda posición en la cual el elemento tubular (35, 350) se dispone fuera de dicha parte (15, 150) del manguito que permanece acoplado con el mismo y dentro de la parte (5) del conducto del cuello (1) que presenta al diámetro (D2) mayor que el diámetro (D1) de la parte (3) adyacente a la abertura (4), y medios indicadores (46) para indicar que ha tenido lugar la apertura inicial del envase, estando soportados dichos medios indicadores (46) por el elemento tubular (35, 350) y pudiéndose desplazar con el mismo en el interior del cuello (1).
