UNA NUEVA DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO QUE TIENE LAS PROPIEDADES FISICO-QUIMICAS DE: -PESO MOLECULAR: 91.000 (MAS MENOS) 5.000; ESPECIFICIDAD DE SUSTRATO: ACTIVA EN COMPUESTOS DE ALDEHIDO; INHIBICION: POR CU{SUP,2+}, ZN{SUP,2+}, NI{SUP,2+} Y EDTA; PH OPTIMO: 6.0-8.5; TEMPERATURA OPTIMA: 20-40 (GRADOS) C; Y ESTIMULADOR; CA{SUP,2+} Y PQQ, ESTA DERIVADO DE UN MICROORGANISMO QUE PERTENECE AL GENERO GLUCONOBACTER. DICHA DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO PUEDE SER PRODUCIDA MEDIANTE EL CULTIVO DE UN MICROORGANISMO DEL GENERO GLUCONOBACTER QUE ES CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO QUE TIENEN LAS PROPIEDADES ANTERIORES, EN UN MEDIO NUTRIENTE ACUOSO BAJO CONDICIONES AEROBICAS, INTERRUMPIENDO LAS CELULAS DEL MICROORGANISMO Y AISLANDO Y PURIFICANDO LA DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO DEL EXTRACTO LIBRE DE CELULA DE LAS CELULAS INTERRUMPIDAS DEL MICROORGANISMO. PUEDE PRODUCIRSE ACIDO 2-CETO-L-GULONICO (2-KGA) A PARTIR DE LSORBOSONA MEDIANTE EL CONTACTO DE L-SORBOSONA CON (I) LA DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO ENPRESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR DE ELECTRONES, (II) UN MICROORGANISMO DE GLUCONOBACTER CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR LA DESHIDROGENASA DE ALDEHIDO EN UN MEDIO ACUOSO BAJO CONDICIONES AEROBICAS O (III) UN EXTRACTO LIBRE DE CELULA DE DICHO MICROORGANISMO, EN CADA CASO AISLANDO EL 2-KGA RESULTANTE DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION.
