Abstract

Un método para mejorar la fiabilidad de las mediciones físicas obtenidas a partir de los estudios de hibridación en matriz realizados con una matriz que tiene un gran número de muestras genómicas, compuesta cada una de ellas por un número pequeño de réplicas insuficientes para adoptar inferencias estadísticas precisas y válidas, que incluye un paso para estimar un error en la medición de una muestra promediando los errores obtenidos cuando se mide un gran número de muestras y utilizando las estimaciones del error de la muestra como estándar para aceptar o rechazar la medición de la muestra respectiva.
