Abstract

Máquina para formulación de compuestos por pesado. Es de aplicación a la fabricación automatizada de compuestos complejos, tales como productos elastoméricos, plásticos especiales, etc. Está constituida por un chasis con una plataforma y escalera de acceso, donde están montadas dos series paralelas de cabezales (2) definidos por sendos platos rotativos (3) con las tolvas dosificadoras (5), preferentemente separadas angularmente en 90º. Las tolvas (5) descargan la dosis establecida de producto, secuencialmente en una pareja de cubetas de pesada (11) y de vertido (12), ambas basculantes, transfiriéndolo a los cangilones (13) de una cadena de transporte (6) central a ambas líneas paralelas de cabezales. Las tolvas (5) tienen forma tronco- piramidal invertida para facilitar la fluidez del producto y en su base se encuentra la cinta de dosificado (7) dividida en dos partes (8, 9) de diferente amplitud y de actuación independiente.
