LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA REPARACION DE TUBOS (4) DE INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO MEDIANTE INTERCAMBIO DE TUBOS PARCIALES EN APARATOS DE TUBOS CERRADOS EN EL INTERIOR, CON AL MENOS UN FONDO (1) DE TUBO CILINDRICO A PARTIR DEL LADO TUBULAR, DONDE SE IMPRIMEN PRIMERO ABOLLADURAS DETERMINADAS DE MANERA FIJA, SIENDO SEPARADOS Y ELIMINADOS LOS TRAMOS (4) DE TUBOS PARCIALES DAÑADOS. A CONTINUACION SE INTRODUCE UN NUEVO TRAMO (6) DE TUBO PARCIAL A TRAVES DE UNA PERFORACION (3) DEL FONDO (1) DEL TUBO. LA UNION CONJUNTA DE LOS NUEVOS TUBOS (6) PARCIALES CON LOS TUBOS (4) DE INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO, QUE PERMANECEN EN EL INTERIOR DEL INTERCAMBIADOR, SE EFECTUA A TRAVES DE UNA SOLDADURA DE TUBO INTERIOR POR MEDIO DE UN APARATO (4) DE SOLDADURA DE TUBO INTERIOR SUJETO EN UN SOPORTE (8) Y UN ACCIONAMIENTO (9), QUE SE INTRODUCE A TRAVES DEL NUEVO TUBO (6) PARCIAL. DESPUES DE LA SOLDADURA DEL TUBO (6) PARCIAL Y DEL TUBO (4) DE INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO SE REALIZAN PRUEBAS PARA LA COMPROBACION DE LA CALIDAD.
