Abstract

La invención se refiere a una sustancia encapsulada, en la que una parte al menos se mantiene encapsulada durante un tratamiento térmico en un medio acuoso y se libera durante una operación de enfriamiento después del tratamiento térmico. La capa que contiene el material hidrófobo puede situarse en el inferior de la capa que tiene la temperatura LCST y comprender un punto de fusión inferior a la temperatura LCST, pero también puede colocarse en el exterior de la capa que tiene la temperatura LCST y comprender un punto de fusión superior a la temperatura LCST de esta capa.
