Abstract

Sistema láser para la medición de piezas para una máquina herramienta, en particular para la medición de piezas (7) de revolución con ranuras transversales (8), comprendiendo dicho sistema un control numérico (4), un ordenador (3), una carta de adquisición de datos (2), un medidor láser (1) orientado hacia el eje de la pieza (7) perpendicularmente a dicho eje, medios para desplazar el medidor láser (1) sobre un eje (6) paralelo al eje de la pieza (7), y un encoder (5) en dicho eje (6), de tal manera que la carta de adquisición de datos (2) registra una señal (9) del medidor láser (1) y una señal (10) del encoder (5), y el ordenador (3) detecta las ranuras transversales (8) mediante la lectura de la señal (9), obtiene las posiciones axiales correspondientes a dichas ranuras transversales (8) mediante la lectura de la señal (10), y envía al control numérico (4) dichas posiciones axiales.
