Abstract

Una máquina para glasear productos alimenticios. Consta de una bancada (1) en la que está instalada una cubeta (3) llena de agua más un producto glaseador, dentro de cual cubeta se halla una banda transportadora sin-fin (4) encargada de crear una corriente y hacer circular los productos alimenticios, tales como pescado congelado a glasear, parcialmente sumergidos por la citada cubeta (3) hasta el extremo de salida (S), habiéndose previsto en la parte superior exterior de la cubeta, al menos un surtidor de agua (6) que va rociando la parte no sumergida de dichos productos alimenticios al mismo tiempo que va reponiendo agua a la referida cubeta (3); el líquido glaseador es impulsado por una bomba dosificadora (5). Hay un equipo productor de frío (7) encargado de enfriar la cubeta (3).
