Abstract

Dispositivo de envasado para un producto fluido, líquido o pastoso, que comprende un recipiente (1, 101) destinado a contener el citado producto, estando provisto el gollete (4) del recipiente de una cabeza (5, 6) de distribución del producto, y un capuchón (3, 103) destinado a cubrir, al menos parcialmente, la citada cabeza, comprendiendo el dispositivo un sistema de colocación de, al menos, un primer elemento ornamental exterior (3a, 103a) llevado por el capuchón en la posición relativa requerida con respecto, al menos, a un segundo elemento ornamental exterior (2a, 101a) llevado por el recipiente en una posición relativa predeterminada, siendo el citado sistema de colocación automática en la posición relativa requerida, un sistema magnético de colocación en la posición relativa requerida para el cierre, y que comprende un primer medio magnético (16, 116) de imantación permanente llevado por el capuchón (3, 103) y un segundo medio magnético (11) de imantación permanente llevado por el recipiente (1, 101) en un emplazamiento tal que los primeros y segundos medios magnéticos están enfrentados en posición de cierre del recipiente, presentando el primer medio magnético, al menos, dos polos magnéticos opuestos (S, N) en su cara vuelta hacia el segundo medio magnético, cuya cara enfrentada presenta polos magnéticos complementarios (N, S), estando determinado el emplazamiento de los polos de cada medio magnético con respecto al emplazamiento de los elementos ornamentales exteriores, de modo que, en el cierre del recipiente, se obtiene automáticamente la colocación de los citados medios ornamentales exteriores en la posición relativa requerida predeterminada, caracterizado por el hecho de que el recipiente (1, 101) comprende una pieza (2, 102) que rodea su gollete (4), presentando la citada pieza un alojamiento anular (10) apto para contener el segundo medio magnético (11) antes citado, y el capuchón (3, 103) comprende, igualmente, un alojamiento anular (15) apto para contener ensu base el primer medio magnético (16, 116) antes citado, de modo que en el cierre, el primer medio magnético está circunscrito en la cabeza de distribución (5, 6) y se superpone al segundo medio magnético, con un entrehierro reducido.
