Abstract

Nuevo procedimiento de obtención de ácido hialurónico. El procedimiento de obtención de ácido hialurónico (AH) a partir del humor vítreo de peces, entre otros materiales biológicos de partida, descrita en esta invención se basa en la sucesión de: 1) una etapa de electrodeposición proteica, previa o simultánea a un proceso de diafiltración con recirculación total, 2) una recuperación selectiva en solución hidroalcohólica de sedimentos impuros obtenidos por precipitación alcohólica exhaustiva, 3) un tratamiento alcalino en solución hidroalcohólica y condiciones controladas de alcalinidad, temperatura, proporción de etanol y tiempo, que precipita el AH y solubiliza proteínas, y 4) la recuperación del AH por resuspensión del precipitado alcalino en fosfato monosódico hidroalcohólico, que disuelve el AH, neutraliza el extracto y deja en el sedimento los restos proteicos insolubles. Se obtienen de este modo preparados de AH de alta pureza (superior al 99,5 %), aptos para aplicaciones en clínica ycosmética.
