Abstract

Dispositivo de apertura y cierre para válvula de freidora, en donde una válvula de descarga de aceite (35,63) de tipo de bola está dispuesta en un tubo de descarga de aceite (33, 61), que se extiende desde el fondo de un recipiente de aceite (14) que contiene el aceite para cocinar, y que descarga el aceite para cocinar por una abertura de descarga (34a) que tiene su extremo en un depósito (31), y en donde la vía de acceso a través de dicho tubo de descarga de aceite (33, 61) se abre y se cierra abriendo y cerrando la citada válvula de descarga de aceite (35, 63), caracterizado porque: - una parte de unión fija con forma de barra larga (41) está asegurada por un extremo en la parte que sobresale del eje giratorio de la válvula de descarga de aceite (35) y se extiende sustancialmente en ángulo recto con dicho eje giratorio; - una primera parte de unión giratoria con forma de barra corta (42) está asegurada por un extremo en la parte que sobresale del eje giratorio de la válvula de descarga de aceite (35); - una segunda parte de unión giratoria (43) de igual longitud que la de la primera parte de unión giratoria (42) y está dispuesta en paralelo con la misma, está unida, de manera que puede girar, por un extremo en el otro extremo de la parte de unión fija (41); - una parte de unión de acoplamiento con forma de barra larga (44) está asegurada por ambos extremos en los otros extremos de las partes de unión giratorias primera y segunda (42, 43); y - una palanca giratoria (45) está asegurada en el otro extremo de la segunda parte de unión (43) y se extiende desde allí.
