Abstract

Un aparato (10) para rascar un cilindro (12) montado rotativamente en una máquina papelera para que gire sobre un eje (A1) que se extiende en dirección transversal a la máquina, comprendiendo dicho aparato una cuchilla rascadora (14), un portacuchilla (16) para aplicar dicha cuchilla rascadora sobre la superficie de dicho cilindro, y un soporte (18) del rascador para sostener el portacuchilla, incluyendo dicho portacuchilla: unos medios de soporte (26, 34, 40, 28, 36, 38) para sostener dicha cuchilla rascadora con un movimiento pivotante sobre otro eje (A3) paralelo al eje (A1) de rotación de dicho cilindro; caracterizado porque dichos medios de soporte son componentes de un conjunto integral provisto de unos medios de montaje (42a, 42b, 52, 54; 62a, 62b, 70, 72; 74, 76; 80, 82; 84, 86, 90, 96) para montar de modo extraíble dicho conjunto integral sobre dicho soporte (18) del rascador en una posición operativa adyacente a dicho cilindro y extendiéndose en dicha dirección transversal a la máquina; y con unos medios de bloqueo (60; 78; 98, 100) para sujetar de modo extraíble dicho conjunto integral en dicha posición operativa, siendo dichos medios de bloqueo accesibles y operables desde un lado de dicha máquina papelera.
