Abstract
Un método para formar partículas de una sustancia buscada como objetivo, implicando el método: (a) preparar una solución buscada como objetivo, que contiene la sustancia buscada como objetivo disuelta en un vehículo que es un fluido casi crítico o un primer fluido supercrítico; (b) introducir la solución buscada como objetivo en un recipiente de formación de partículas; y (c) poner en contacto la solución buscada como objetivo, en el recipiente de formación de partículas, con un segundo fluido supercrítico bajo condiciones que permitan que el segundo fluido supercrítico provoque la precipitación de partículas de la sustancia buscada como objetivo en la solución buscada como objetivo; en donde el segundo fluido supercrítico es miscible o sustancialmente miscible con el vehículo y es un fluido en el que la sustancia buscada como objetivo es insoluble o sustancialmente insoluble.
