Abstract
Masas endurecibles que contienen grupos uretdiona, que contienen (A) un componente de agente ligante lineal o ramificado que presenta grupos hidróxilos terminales y/o situados lateralmente, con un índice de OH de 25 a 400 y un peso molecular medio de 400 a 20.000, presentándose por encima de una temperatura de reacción o temperatura de elaboración bajo forma líquida o viscosa, donde (A1) el componente de agente ligante está desprovisto de grupos carboxilos, o (A2) la concentración en grupos carboxilos es menor que la concentración en el catalizador activo (C) o (A3), en caso de una concentración más elevada en grupos carboxilos con respecto a la concentración empleada del catalizador (C), se agrega dicha cantidad de agente reactivo necesaria para el bloqueo de la cantidad de grupos carboxilos, para realizar una concentración necesaria en el catalizador activo (C), y (B) un compuesto de poliadición que presenta grupos uretdiona y, en su caso, grupos isocianato libres, presentándose por encima de la temperatura de reacción o temperatura de elaboración bajo forma líquida o viscosa a base de diisocianatos alifáticos y/o cicloalifáticos, y (C) por lo menos un catalizador activo a base de ácido de Lewis o un catalizador a base de ácido Lewis activable por reacción, que consiste en compuestos organometálicos.
