Abstract

Planta de valorización de residuos por gasificación. Consta de una instalación de pretratamiento (12) de los residuos; un reactor de gasificación de lecho fluidificado (24) constituido por módulos (67, 58, 59, 70) esencialmente tubulares y consecutivos en la dirección axial; una instalación de acondicionamiento (16) del gas de síntesis; una estación depuradora, que consta de un sello hidráulico que recoge el agua sucia de la instalación de acondicionamiento, y que vierte el agua limpia a la instalación de acondicionamiento; una instalación de cogeneración termoeléctrica (17); unos medios de valorización del aire conteniendo compuestos volátiles orgánicos, como agente gasificante y fluidificante para el reactor (24); unos medios de recuperación de alquitranes, que constan de un horno (56) oxidante con cámara de postcombustión laberíntica; y unos medios de reaprovechamiento de los gases de combustión producidos en el homo (56), comprendiendo una caldera de recuperación (59) y una turbina de vapor (61) convencional.
