LA INVENCION CONSISTE EN UN METODO PARA LA FABRICACION DE CEMENTOS DE SULFOALUMINATO CALCICO, EL CUAL CONSISTE EN LA FORMACION DE UN CLINKER MEDIANTE EL CALCINADO DE LOS MATERIALES BRUTOS A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 1200 (GRADOS) C, DE FORMA QUE EL CLINKER ASI PRODUCIDO TIENE UN ALTO CONTENIDO EN SULFOALUMINATO CALCICO, SILICATO TRICALCICO Y SILICATO DICALCICO Y DURANTE O ANTES DE LA TRITURACION DE LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE, LA ADICION AL CLINKER ASI PRODUCIDO Y JUNTO CON LOS COMPONENTES BASICOS PREVIAMENTE MENCIONADOS, DE CANTIDADES OPTIMAS DE OXIDO O HIDROXIDO DE CALCIO Y SULFATO DE CALCIO PARA ACTIVAR DICHO CLINKER. DURANTE DICHA TRITURACION DEBE ASEGURARSE QUE EXISTA UNA TEMPERATURA DE APROXIMADAMENTE ENTRE 100 Y 125 (GRADOS) C, ASI COMO EL TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA CONVERTIR EL YESO EN EL HEMIHIDRATO, ASEGURANDO ASI QUE EL SULFATO CALCICO PRESENTE EN EL PRODUCTO ASI OBTENIDO ESTARA EN CONDICIONES DE REACCIONAR RAPIDAMENTE DURANTE LA HIDRATACION DEL CEMENTO, PRODUCIENDO LA FORMACION DE ETRINGITA, REQUIRIENDO UN PH SUPERIOR A 12 CON EL FIN DE LLEVARLO A CABO.THE INVENTION CONSISTS OF A METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF CALCIUM SULFOALUMINATE CEMENTS, WHICH CONSISTS IN THE FORMATION OF A CLINKER THROUGH THE CALCINATING OF GROSS MATERIALS AT A TEMPERATURE OF MORE THAN 1200 (DEGREES) C, SO THAT THE CLINKER IS ASSOCIATED A HIGH CONTENT IN CALCICO SULFOALUMINATE, TRICALCICO SILICATE AND DICALCICO SILICATE AND DURING OR BEFORE THE TRITURATION OF THE RESULTING MIXTURE, THE ADDITION TO THE CLINKER AS WELL PRODUCED AND TOGETHER WITH THE BASIC COMPONENTS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, OF QUANTITY OR QUANTITY QUANTITY CALCIUM TO ACTIVATE SUCH CLINKER. DURING SUCH TRITURATION MUST BE SURE THAT THERE IS A TEMPERATURE OF APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN 100 AND 125 (GRADES) C, AS WELL AS THE ENOUGH TIME TO CONVERT THE PLASTER IN THE HEMI HYDRID, SO MAKING SURE THAT THE CALCIUM SULPHATE IS PRESENT IN THE PRODUCT QUICKLY DURING THE HYDRATION OF THE CEMENT, PRODUCING ETRINGITE FORMATION, REQUIRING A PH HIGHER THAN 12 IN ORDER TO CARRY IT OUT.
