Abstract
Un procedimiento útil para la fabricación de carbonato de alquileno que comprende: poner en contacto dióxido de carbono, un óxido de alquileno y un catalizador de carbonatación en un reactor para producir un efluente bruto del reactor; someter dicho efluente bruto del reactor a evaporación a baja temperatura para formar una corriente de cabeza del evaporador que contiene carbonato de alquileno y una corriente de cola del evaporador que contiene el catalizador y la corriente de cola del evaporador se recicla a la zona de reacción, eliminando cualquier componente ligero presente en la corriente de cabeza del evaporador para formar una segunda corriente de cabeza del evaporador y reciclar los componentes ligeros al reactor; destilar la segunda corriente de cabeza del evaporador para formar una primera corriente de cabeza de destilación y una primera corriente de cola de destilación que contiene carbonato de alquileno, y reciclar la primera corriente de cabeza de destilación al reactor; destilar la primera corriente de cola de destilación para formar una segunda corriente de cabeza de destilación y una segunda corriente de cola de destilación y reciclar la segunda corriente de cola de destilación al reactor; destilar la segunda corriente de cabeza de destilación para formar una tercera corriente de cabeza de destilación y una tercera corriente de cola de destilación y reciclar la tercera corriente de cabeza de destilación al reactor; destilar la tercera corriente de cola de destilación para formar una cuarta corriente de cabeza de destilación que contiene carbonato de alquileno purificado y una cuarta corriente de cola de destilación y reciclar la cuarta corriente de cola de destilación al reactor.
