Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de un producto de yeso espumado que consta de las siguientes etapas: a) se forma una suspensión de yeso en agua b) la suspensión se introduce en medios de molde y se deja que el yeso se hidrate, en el que un agente impermeabilizante que comprende una emulsión de una mezcla de una cera hidrocarbonada derivada del petróleo y cera montana en una fase acuosa continua que contiene un sistema emulsionante, se añade a la suspensión antes de la introducción en los medios de molde, y se caracteriza porque el sistema emulsionante comprende: i) un agente tensioactivo no iónico caracterizado por un poder espumante de por lo menos 300 y un punto de niebla de por lo menos 50; y ii) un dispersante aniónico que es un compuesto sulfatado.
