Abstract

Procedimiento para el teñido y acabado de un género de lyocell o de un género polinósico, que comprende las etapas de: (1) aplicar al género en forma de cordel un licor que contiene en solución un colorante reactivo para celulosa, bajo condiciones tales que (i) se consigue un alto grado de agotamiento del colorante sobre el género y (ii) se presenta la fibrilación del género, proporcionando con ello un género teñido que exhibe fibrilación primaria; (2) aplicar al género en forma de cordel, con no más de un solo aclarado intermedio, una solución de una celulasa y mantener la solución en contacto con el género bajo condiciones eficaces para separar fibrilas primarias del mismo mediante la acción de la celulasa, proporcionando con ello un género teñido que exhibe un bajo grado de fibrilación; (3) elevar la temperatura de la solución mientras se mantiene en contacto con el género, con lo que (i) se desnaturaliza la celulasa y (ii) se induce fibrilación secundaria en el género, proporcionando con ello un género teñido que exhibe fibrilación secundaria; y (4) secar el género.
