Abstract

Polvo nutriente para una fórmula infantil con aminoácidos libres y nucleótidos, en concreto un polvo rico en grasas que proporciona las necesidades nutritivas completas de un niño de riesgo de no más de un año de edad. El polvo nutriente comprende: (a) un componente de carbohidrato que proporciona del 37 al 41% del contenido calórico total de dicha fórmula infantil; (b) un componente lipídico derivado de aceites o grasas vegetales insaturados que proporciona del 48 al 52% del contenido calórico total de dicha fórmula infantil; (c) un componente de aminoácido que proporciona del 10 al 12% del contenido calórico total de dicha composición, en combinación con 2-3 g de L- glutamina libre por 1000 cal proporcionadas por dicha fórmula infantil, con el fin de disponer de una carga de soluto renal menor de 200 mOsm/L; y(d) nucleótidos presentes en una cantidad de 40 a 60 mg por litro de fórmula infantil lista para su ingestión, en donde el polvo nutriente está esencialmente libre de proteína intacta.
