Especialmente destinada al ámbito de la industria alimentaria, para la higienización de productos líquidos mediante la aplicación de alta presión, generalmente superior a 1.000 bar, está formada por una cámara (5) dividida en una subcámara de fluido de presurización (13) y otra subcámara de producto líquido a tratar (14), así como por una corona (3) de sellado aséptico de dicha subcámara (14), a través de la junta (10) y del elemento exterior de protección (2), de forma que cuando el tapón de cierre (1) está en posición de no obstrucción de los conductos (4) existentes en la citada corona (3), se produce el llenado de dicha subcámara (14) con producto líquido a tratar a través de dichos conductos (4), cerrando a continuación el tapón (1) la subcámara (14) en su totalidad y presurizándose ambas subcámaras (13 y 14) mediante la entrada de fluido de presurización a través del conducto (12).Machine for treatment of liquid products by high pressure.
