Abstract

Catalizador conteniendo un material sólido cristalino microporoso y proceso para mejorar la calidad de fracciones diesel utilizando dicho catalizador.
Catalizador conteniendo al menos un metal noble de entre Pt, Pd, Ir, Ru, Rh y Re o una combinación de ellos, una matriz de al menos un óxido amorfo o de baja cristalinidad, y un material sólido cristalino microporoso que en su estado calcinado y anhidro presenta una composición molar dada por X2O3 : nYO2 : mZO2, en la que X es un elemento trivalente como Al, B, Fe, In, Ga, Cr o mezclas de ellos, Y es un elemento tetravalente tal como Si, Ti, Sn o mezclas de ellos, y Z es Ge, y un difractograma de rayos X conteniendo al menos líneas de difracción a valores de d= 13.64, 7.87, 4.82, 4.55, 4.11 y 3.41 \ring{A}, y uso de dicho catalizador en un proceso para mejorar la calidad de fracciones diesel mediante la combinación de hidrogenación de aromáticos y la apertura selectiva de los anillos nafténicos.
