Abstract

Una máquina para torcer hilos, que comprende un huso rotativo, un dispositivo de control de la tensión del hilo asegurado a dicho huso y que tiene en él una superficie receptora del hilo, teniendo dicho huso un orificio en su pared que termina junto a la superficie de dicho dispositivo de control de la tensión del hilo y un paso axil que conduce desde un extremo del mismo a comunicación con dicho orificio, un armazón de soporte montado de modo flotante sobre dicho huso y estabilizado contra rotación con él, un dispositivo de recogida del hilo montado sobre dicho armazón que incluye un mandril rotativo para soportar el tubo de arrollado, medios para impulsar dicho mandril desde dicho huso, medios para impulsar dicho mandril desde dicho huso, medios de guía del hilo soportado por dicho armazón y situados sobre el eje prolongado de dicho armazón y situados sobre el eje prolongado de dicho huso para hacer que un hilo flexible, que es avanzado a su través desde el paso axil y el orificio de dicho huso a la curva balónica en torno de dicho armazón y poner torsión en él cuando es girado el huso, medios soportado por dicho armazón e impulsados desde dicho huso para hacer avanzar dicho cordón a través de dichos medios de guía, y un segundo medios de guía que incluye un mecanismo desplazador del hilo impulsado en relación sincronizada con dicho mandril para dirigir dicho cordón torcido desde dichos medios de avance del cordón hacia dicho tubo de arrollado y para hacer que se arrolle sobre él para formar un paquete.
