Abstract
Uso de un agente de contraste para la preparación de un agente de diagnóstico para evaluar el contraste de imagen durante el curso de terapia intervencionista usando IRM mejorada con un contraste, en el que dicho agente de contraste: puede unirse a un tejido o componente de tejido diana que se somete o que se ha sometido a terapia intervencionista; tiene una afinidad específica por dicho tejido o componente de tejido; comprende un resto mejorador de imagen (IEM) y un resto de unión a tejido dependiente del estado (SDTBM), estando: el resto de unión a tejido dependiente del estado caracterizado por una capacidad de relajación R1 cuando está unido al tejido o componente de tejido en su estado desnaturalizado que es menor que aproximadamente 80% la capacidad de relajación R1 del agente de contraste cuando está unido al tejido o componente de tejido en su estado natural; y se evalúa una característica de la señal de la imagen del agente de contraste para determinar si se completa la terapia intervencionista.
