Sistema catalizador que contiene: a) al menos un metaloceno, b) al menos una base de Lewis de la **fórmula** M2R3R4R5, donde R3, R4 y R5 son iguales o diferentes, y significan un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo con 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, alquilo halogenado con 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, arilo con 6 a 40 átomos de carbono, arilo halogenado con 6 a 40 átomos de carbono, alquilarilo con 7 a 40 átomos de carbono o arilalquilo con 7 a 40 átomos de carbono, pudiendo, en caso dado, dos restos, o los tres restos R3, R4 y R5, estar unidos a través de unidades hidrocarburo con 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, y M2 representa un elemento del grupo principal V del sistema periódico de los elementos, c) un soporte d) al menos un compuesto orgánico de boro y aluminio, que está constituido por unidades de la **fórmula** Ri1M3-O-M3R2.
