Un procedimiento para la fabricación de aminas terciarias de la fórmula general: **(Ver fórmula)** donde X significa radicales 25-endometilen-ciclohexen-(3)-ilociclohexilociclohexileno4-oxi-3-metoxifenilo-34-dimetoxifenilonaftiloantranilofurilotieniloo un radical 5-6-dihidropiraniloy R1 y R2 significan un grupo alcohilooxialcohilocicloalcohiloarilo o aralcohilopudiendo ser R1 y R2 los mismos o diferentes o también formar junto con N un anillo heterociclico que eventualmente contiene otro heteroatomopor ejemploel anillo pirrolidinicopiperidinicoo morfolinicoe Y representa un grupo alcohilocicloalcohiloarilo o aralcohilopudiendo estar los grupos arilicos y aralcohilicos sustituidoscaracterizado porque aminoacetonitrilos alfa-terciarios de la fórmula **(Ver fórmula)** se hacen reaccionar con halogenuros organomagnesicos de la formula Y-Mg-Haldonde X R1 R2 e Y tienen la significación arriba indicadaen presencia de disolventes yeventualmentelos productos de reacción obtenidos se transforman en forma en si conocida en compuestos de amonio cuaternarios.
