Abstract
Conjunto de accionamiento híbrido (1) para un vehículo que presenta por lo menos una rueda motriz (2), comprendiendo el conjunto de accionamiento un motor de combustión interna (3); y una unidad de transmisión (5) interpuesta entre un eje motor (4) del motor de combustión interna (3) y un eje propulsor (6) conectado de manera angular a la rueda motriz (2), y comprendiendo a su vez un embrague (8) que presenta un elemento de accionamiento (20) conectado al eje motor (4), y un elemento conducido (26) conectado al eje propulsor (6); comprendiendo asimismo dicho conjunto de accionamiento (1) una máquina eléctrica (32) que puede funcionar en lugar de dicho motor de combustión interna (3) o en combinación con el mismo, y estando caracterizado porque dicha máquina eléctrica (32) comprende un rotor (35) conectado de manera angular y permanente a dicho elemento conducido (26) de dicho embrague (8).
Claims (15)
1. Conjunto de accionamiento híbrido (1) para
un vehículo que presenta por lo menos una rueda motriz (2),
comprendiendo el conjunto de accionamiento un motor de combustión
interna (3); y una unidad de transmisión (5) interpuesta entre un
eje motor (4) del motor de combustión interna (3) y un eje propulsor
(6) conectado de manera angular a la rueda motriz (2), y
comprendiendo a su vez un embrague (8) que presenta un elemento de
accionamiento (20) conectado al eje motor (4), y un elemento
conducido (26) conectado al eje propulsor (6); comprendiendo
asimismo dicho conjunto de accionamiento (1) una máquina eléctrica
(32) que puede funcionar en lugar de dicho motor de combustión
interna (3) o en combinación con el mismo, y estando
caracterizado porque dicha máquina eléctrica (32) comprende
un rotor (35) conectado de manera angular y permanente a dicho
elemento conducido (26) de dicho embrague (8).
2. Conjunto de accionamiento según la
reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicha unidad de
transmisión comprende una transmisión de variación continua CVT (7)
que presenta una polea conductora (10) conectada de manera angular
al eje motor (4) del motor de combustión interna (3), y una polea
conducida (11) que se puede conectar al cubo (20) del embrague
(8).
3. Conjunto de accionamiento según las
reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque dicho embrague
(8) es un embrague centrífugo; siendo dicho elemento conducido de
dicho embrague (8) una campana (26) que forma una sola pieza con
dicho eje propulsor (6).
4. Conjunto de accionamiento según la
reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque dicho rotor (35) de
dicha máquina eléctrica (32) es coaxial y forma una sola pieza con
dicha campana (26) de dicho embrague (8).
5. Conjunto de accionamiento según cualquiera
de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque
dicha máquina eléctrica (32) es reversible.
6. Conjunto de accionamiento según cualquiera
de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque
comprende un acoplamiento (51) interpuesto entre dicho eje motor (4)
y dicho elemento de accionamiento (20) de dicho embrague (8).
7. Conjunto de accionamiento según la
reivindicación 6, caracterizado porque dicho acoplamiento
(51) está controlado de manera electromagnética.
8. Conjunto de accionamiento según las
reivindicaciones 6 ó 7, cuando dependen de una de las
reivindicaciones 2 a 5, caracterizado porque dicho
acoplamiento (51) está interpuesto entre dicha polea conducida (11)
y dicho elemento de accionamiento (20) de dicho embrague (8).
9. Conjunto de accionamiento según cualquiera
de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque
comprende un generador eléctrico (37) conducido por dicho motor de
combustión interna.
10. Conjunto de accionamiento según cualquiera
de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque
comprende una unidad de control (38) para controlar dicho motor de
combustión interna (3) y dicha máquina eléctrica (32), como
respuesta a una pluralidad de señales de entrada (Sa, Sf, Ss), en
una pluralidad de modos de funcionamiento que comprende por lo menos
un modo de combustión en el que únicamente el motor de combustión
interna (3) está activado, un modo eléctrico en el que dicha máquina
eléctrica (32) funciona como un motor y dicho motor de combustión
interna (3) está desactivado, un modo híbrido paralelo en el que
dicho motor de combustión interna (3) y dicha máquina eléctrica (32)
están ambos activados y conectados a dicha rueda motriz (2), y un
modo híbrido en serie en el que dicho motor de combustión interna
está desconectado de dicha rueda motriz (2) y acciona dicho
generador eléctrico (37).
11. Conjunto de accionamiento según la
reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque comprende unos medios
de selección (46) para seleccionar dichos modos de funcionamiento de
dicho conjunto de accionamiento (1); comprendiendo dichas señales de
entrada (Sa, Sf, Ss) por lo menos una pluralidad de señales de
entrada (Ss) generadas mediante dichos medios de selección (46).
12. Conjunto de accionamiento según las
reivindicaciones 10 u 11, caracterizado porque dichas señales
de entrada (Sa, Sf, Ss) comprenden una señal (Sa) que indica la
posición de un elemento acelerador (44).
13. Conjunto de accionamiento según una de las
reivindicaciones 10 a 12, caracterizado porque dichas señales
de entrada (Sa, Sf, Ss) comprenden una señal que indica acciones en
un elemento de control de freno (45) del vehículo.
14. Vehículo que presenta al menos una rueda
motriz (2), caracterizado porque comprende un conjunto de
accionamiento híbrido (1) según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones
anteriores.
15. Vehículo según la reivindicación 14,
caracterizado porque es un scooter.
