Abstract
Cinta adhesiva (1) para revestir objetos alargados, como juegos de cables (2), perfiles de plástico o similares, con un soporte en forma de cinta que comprende un folio de polipropileno (4a, 4b, 4c), provisto al menos por un lado, de una capa autoadhesiva (5) compuesta por pegamento adhesivo, caracterizado por que el pegamento adhesivo presenta una composición química, que impide la penetración de plastificantes a través de la capa adhesiva (5) empleados para el aislamiento de cables (2a).

PVC, a saber, preferentemente un éster de ácido ftálico, como Di-2-(etilhexil)-ftalato (DEHP), Di-iso-undecil ftalato (DIUP) o un éster de trimelitato. La migración de estos materiales hacia del soporte de la cinta adhesiva 4 se impide a través de un pegamento.

La tabla 2 precedente contiene los datos técnicos de tres cintas de lámina enrollables sobre cables, entre las cuales la cinta en la primera columna es una cinta adhesiva de comparación V, y en las dos demás columnas se trata de dos ejemplos A, B para cintas adhesivas de acuerdo con la invención. La cinta adhesiva de comparación V es una 10 cinta adhesiva estándar de PVC. El ejemplo A para una cinta adhesiva 1 de acuerdo con la invención presenta la estructura multicapa, representada en la Fig. 1, del soporte 4, mientras que – tal como ya se ha mencionado – en el ejemplo B se trata de una cinta adhesiva 1 de acuerdo con la invención con un soporte monocapa 4 que se compone de una capa de polipropileno que ha sido modificada por la adición de un copolimero de acrilato de polietileno, en particular un copolimero que puede ser suministrado por la empresa Arkema bajo el nombre de
15 Lotryl®.
En la casilla de "compatibilidad" de la tabla 2 se indican, con la clase de temperaturas que aparece en paréntesis tras ellos, respectivamente los materiales del aislamiento 2a de los conductores 2 para los cuales se realizó el ensayo con la respectiva cinta adhesiva. Como "resistencia" se debe entender la resistencia a los medios o las
20 sustancias químicas, tal como se define en la norma de ensayo LV 312.
Las cintas adhesivas de acuerdo con la invención 1 son compatibles tanto con los conductores sin halógeno 2 de la clase de temperaturas C, por ejemplo conductores de PP de las empresas Draka, Pirelli y Tyco o conductores de X-PE de la empresa Acome, como son compatibles también con aquellos que contienen plastificantes de la clase de
25 temperaturas B, por ejemplo con conductores de PVC de las empresas Coroplast o Gebauer & Griller. Adicionalmense te da también una compatibilidad con conductores 2 que presentan un aislamiento 2a que se compone de perfluorado etileno-propileno o de copolimero de hexafluorpropileno y tetrafluoroetileno (FEP).
Las cintas adhesivas de acuerdo con la invención 1 presentan, con una dureza Shore A de menos de 95, una alta 30 capacidad de arrimarse a los cables 2 y una buena capacidad de ser agarradas manualmente, lo que las predestina
