Abstract

Un método para purificación de proteínas recombinantes antagonistas de la hormona del crecimiento ("rHGA"), que comprende (a) añadir un primer y un segundo agente formador de fase a una muestra que contiene rGHA, en donde dichos agentes primero y segundo formadores de fase pueden añadirse en cualquier orden; (b) mezclar la muestra del paso (a); (c) separar la muestra del paso (b) en dos fases; en donde no se añade a la muestra agente caotrópico alguno; en donde el primer agente formador de fase es sulfato de amonio; en donde el segundo agente formador de fase es PEG 4600.
