Abstract

Armario expositor para productos alimenticios a baja temperatura, del tipo que comprende un mueble con hueco interno delimitado por un plano de fondo, por un techo, por una pared posterior, por un par de laterales y por una puerta de acceso con cristal transparente, y un grupo frigorífico de enfriamiento de dicho hueco interno, incluyendo dicho grupo frigorífico un compresor, un condensador y un evaporador dispuesto de modo que intercambio calor con dicho hueco interno del mueble, caracterizado porque dicho evaporador está realizado en forma de un evaporador estático del tipo roll-bon incorporado por lo menos en los dos laterales del mueble, estando previsto en el fondo un circuito de ventilación de bajo volumen que incluye una canalización practicada bajo el plano de fondo del mueble, un ventilador de aspiración dispuesto a la entrada de dicha canalización en la parte posterior del mueble y una hendidura de salida dispuesta a la salida de dicha canalización en la parte anterior del fondo del mueble, desarrollándose dicha hendidura aproximadamente desde un lateral al otro del mueble paralelamente a dicha puerta de acceso
