Abstract
Plástico compactado mediante método de
polimerización por adición.
Se trata de un producto plástico en cuya mezcla
está presente la aportación de tierra y que una vez sometido a
calor forma una masa homogénea que tras ser vertida en los moldes
se somete a presión y calor controlado, dando lugar a la unión de
los polietilenos con otros residuos formando un producto homogéneo
útil para diversas aplicaciones como por ejemplo el aislamiento
térmico y sonoro garantizando en este último una alta atenuación de
los niveles acústicos, además de ser un producto impermeable.

Plástico compactado mediante método de
polimerización por adición.
Existen diversos métodos de reciclaje de
plásticos agrícolas en los que se distinguen por los diferentes
tipos de polietilenos que se emplean para esta transformación. Del
mismo modo existen otros métodos que a pesar de ser viable la mezcla
entre distintos tipos de polietilenos, tanto de baja como de alta
densidad, han pasado previamente por una fase de lavado, dando
lugar a un mayor consumo energético para la transformación y una
menor optimización en el aprovechamiento de la materia prima.

- Plástico compactado mediante método sistema de polimerización por adición, con aplicación de calor y presión uniendo los átomos de los distintos tipo de plásticos, tanto agrícolas como urbanos empleados en el proceso, con la salvedad que los plásticos agrícolas no han sido lavados previamente para garantizar una mejor compactación de las partículas mediante restos de arena u otros elementos que provienen junto con los polietilenos de baja densidad.

- Para la obtención de estos productos no será necesario la adición de algún elemento químico que mejore la estructura, sino que los propios elementos residuales que acompañan al plástico proveniente de usos agrícolas garantizarán la fijación y endurecimiento de la unión de los átomos de los plásticos mezclados cuyo calibre puede ser desigual no afectando el tamaño a la fijación de los plásticos entre sí.

1. Plástico compactado que se caracteriza
por mezclar varios tipos de polietilenos de baja o alta
densidad.
2. Producto caracterizado por utilizar,
para darle consistencia, arena y tierra.
3. Producto según la reivindicación 2 obtiene
una mayor resistencia, dureza y estabilidad al emplear la arena y
tierra.
