Abstract

Un procedimiento para reducir la corrosión en un sistema de procesamiento del efluente de un procedimiento MTO, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas de: (a) dirigir una corriente de producto de un reactor MTO a una unidad de enfriamiento a través de una entrada en la unidad de enfriamiento; (b) poner en contacto la corriente de producto con un medio de enfriamiento en la unidad de enfriamiento en condiciones eficaces para formar una corriente de superficie que contiene las olefinas ligeras, una corriente de fondo que contiene los componentes condensados y una corriente de recirculación condensada; (c)añadir un agente de neutralización a la corriente de recirculación condensada para formar el medio de enfriamiento, donde el medio de enfriamiento tiene un pH mayor que el pH de la corriente de recirculación condensada; (d) inyectar el medio de enfriamiento en la unidad de enfriamiento en un punto de inyección orientado en la unidad de enfriamiento por encima de la entrada de la unidad de enfriamiento; y (e) controlar el pH de la corriente de recirculación condensada.
