Mejoras introducidas en la Patente de Invención con nº de solicitud P200803569 “Sistema de visión artificial para la gestión de plazas libres y ocupadas y para la seguridad integral en aparcamientos para vehículos” por la incorporación de un sistema de identificación de vehículos para cada una de las plazas que permite detectar la ubicación específica de todos los vehículos aparcados en el aparcamiento o garaje. Cada cámara (3) obtiene imágenes correspondientes a una o varias plazas de aparcamiento. El sistema instalado en los ordenadores centrales (6) procesa las imágenes obtenidas por las cámaras (3) y distribuidas por un sistema de cableado tipo bus (4), mediante sistemas de reconocimiento de caracteres y matrículas, con un conocimiento previo de la geometría y distribución del aparcamiento o garaje.
